Lakeville North Junior Representing Team USA

Lakeville North junior Sophie Chaouch is making waves in the figure skating world as a member of the Northernettes Synchronized Skating Junior Team. Representing Team USA, Sophie and her team competed in the Hevelius Cup in Gdansk, Poland against top-tier international teams on Feb 14th-15th.

The Northernettes placed 1st scoring 177.94 points!

This victory follows a strong performance at the Mozart Cup in Salzburg, Austria, where the team placed fifth among 18 teams. With their recent success in Poland, the Northernettes have solidified their status as a rising powerhouse in synchronized skating.

Congratulations to Sophie, the Northernettes, and Team USA on this incredible achievement! We can’t wait to see what’s next for these talented athletes.
