🚧 Major Commercial Development Approved for Cedar Avenue Corridor

This development will feature nine commercial lots accommodating a grocery store, bank, medical office, daycare, restaurants, car wash, oil change facility, and multi-tenant retail space.

Construction is anticipated to begin Spring 2026.
